Su profunda dedicación y calidez humana hacen que la relación... leer mas entre maestro y alumno sea particular e inmejorable. Enseñan el yoga desde el corazón, desde la conciencia, sus clases te llenan de energía y te dan una incredible ligereza y armonía. Gracias a ellas, he cambiado mi visión del yoga, ayudándome a conectar con su filosofía, como nunca antes había hecho.

An excellent experience at Aktivs. I am in town for a few days and needed a place to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Aktivs was perfect. Christian answered my whats... leer mas app message straight away. He gave me the information i needed and booked me in for a session. The session itself was just what i needed. Christian adapts very well to the level of his students and caters for all present. He is very professional and good. he speaks excellent english and led the session in both Spanish and english (the latter for my benefit). If you are in Sta Cruz de Tenerife and need a place for Yoga, Aktivs is the answer

Great class. Led an Spanish and English, which must be a bit head-wrecking, yet was done smoothly and all felt very welcome. Great adjustments. I found the teacher very intuitive... leer mas and supportive! Worth checking the weekly pass.

Fui a probar una clase y salí encantada. El profesor siempre presente y muy cercano, me ayudó y me guió en todo momento. La clase está muy bien ambientada y... leer mas la luz y la música son perfectas para concentrarte. Volveré sin duda.

Desde que hablé con Christian me transmitió muy buen rollo, cercanía y serenidad. Llevo poquito haciendo yoga, y la verdad que en poquito tiempo siento que he tenido muy buena... leer mas evolución. Sin duda un gran profesor, sus señalamientos siempre con amabilidad hacen que quieras mejorar y a la vez disfrutar del yoga. Una experiencia sin duda muy satisfactoria y súper recomendable.

Muy recomendable. Muy buen ambiente. Estilo tradicional de Ashtanga y Hatha yoga. Todos los niveles. Genial!!!

Very friendly people and Christian took the time to help beginners like me. The Ashtanga class is quite intense but there’s good support from the teacher.
