Primera clase de muchas y salimos encantadas. El profesor de 10, muy implicado y ayudándote con todo!! Da igual el nivel que tengas que él se adapta a lo que... leer mas necesitas. Lugar tranquilo y acogedor

Encantado con las clases en Aktivs Yoga. Ideal para aprender en un lugar cómodo, agradable y limpio. Cristian tiene un talento increíble en hacer fluir la práctica (tanto en español... leer mas como en inglés) e ir realizando correcciones cuando son necesarias. Lo recomiendo 100% ????????‍♂️.

Great class. Led an Spanish and English, which must be a bit head-wrecking, yet was done smoothly and all felt very welcome. Great adjustments. I found the teacher very intuitive... leer mas and supportive! Worth checking the weekly pass.

When I visited the web page and read Christian's description on yoga, I wanted to visit his studio. I live very far and got on the bus for 1.5h to... leer mas join his class ! It was really worth it and the experience was wonderful. The Shala is sparkling clean and has a cozy home like atmosphere with eveything you need for a yoga practice like high quality mats, spacious changing room, some refreshments, etc. Christian combined yin and ashtanga since it was a full moon day. It was a unique experience, extremely relaxing while doing the the primary series. I really like it and want to do more of it :D Christians also very friendly and funny. He has a loving atmosphere and clearly everyone really enjoys their time here. He keeps the class size small and this makes everyone have some individual attention and adjustments which is really nice. His classes are very well prepared in all sense and his kind and clean personality shines through different aspects of his classes and studio. Thank you Christian for this wonderful relaxing experience! Hope to see you again :)

An excellent experience at Aktivs. I am in town for a few days and needed a place to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Aktivs was perfect. Christian answered my whats... leer mas app message straight away. He gave me the information i needed and booked me in for a session. The session itself was just what i needed. Christian adapts very well to the level of his students and caters for all present. He is very professional and good. he speaks excellent english and led the session in both Spanish and english (the latter for my benefit). If you are in Sta Cruz de Tenerife and need a place for Yoga, Aktivs is the answer

Muy contenta de haber empezado con entrenamiento funcional personalizado en Aktivs. Profesionalidad, buen ambiente y trato inmejorable. Las rutinas son muy amenas y Christian minimiza al detalle el riesgo de... leer mas lesión controlando en todo momento la ejecución de los ejercicios. 100% Recomendable!
