When I visited the web page and read Christian's description on yoga, I wanted to visit his studio. I live very far and... got on the bus for 1.5h to join his class ! It was really worth it and the experience was wonderful. The Shala is sparkling clean and has a cozy home like atmosphere with eveything you need for a yoga practice like high quality mats, spacious changing room, some refreshments, etc. Christian combined yin and ashtanga since it was a full moon day. It was a unique experience, extremely relaxing while doing the the primary series. I really like it and want to do more of it :D Christians also very friendly and funny. He has a loving atmosphere and clearly everyone really enjoys their time here. He keeps the class size small and this makes everyone have some individual attention and adjustments which is really nice. His classes are very well prepared in all sense and his kind and clean personality shines through different aspects of his classes and studio. Classes are professional and yet so much fun! Teacher is encouraging and yet pushes you to be your best. Easy to talk... to, approachable with a great sense of humour which makes the class more fun and the time passes by so quickly. I actually look forward to my workouts because of this. His knowledge and experience is quite vast and ranges from different aspects of fitness, health and wellness. Would definitely recommend it!leer más
