It was really worth it and the experience was wonderful. The Shala is sparkling clean and has a cozy home like atmosphere with eveything you need for a yoga practice like high quality mats, spacious changing room, some refreshments, etc. Christian combined yin and ashtanga since it was a full moon day. It was a unique experience, extremely relaxing while doing the the primary series. I really like it and want to do more of it :D Christians also very friendly and funny. He has a loving atmosphere and clearly everyone really enjoys their time here. He keeps the class size small and this makes everyone have some individual attention and adjustments which is really nice. His classes are very well prepared in all sense and his kind and clean personality shines through different aspects of his classes and studio. Thank you Christian for this wonderful relaxing experience! Hope to see you again :)
