Un rinconcito tranquilo en el cual me inicie en el Ashtanga yoga. Muy acogedor el trato muy cercano y amable y los entrenamientos muy personalizados. Gracias a Cristian mejore mucho y rápido... leer mas en las clases. Un placer asistir.

When I visited the web page and read Christian's description on yoga, I wanted to visit his studio. I live very far and got on the bus for 1.5h to... leer mas join his class ! It was really worth it and the experience was wonderful. The Shala is sparkling clean and has a cozy home like atmosphere with eveything you need for a yoga practice like high quality mats, spacious changing room, some refreshments, etc. Christian combined yin and ashtanga since it was a full moon day. It was a unique experience, extremely relaxing while doing the the primary series. I really like it and want to do more of it :D Christians also very friendly and funny. He has a loving atmosphere and clearly everyone really enjoys their time here. He keeps the class size small and this makes everyone have some individual attention and adjustments which is really nice. His classes are very well prepared in all sense and his kind and clean personality shines through different aspects of his classes and studio. Thank you Christian for this wonderful relaxing experience! Hope to see you again :)

Profesionalidad, muy cercanos con los alumnos y alumnas. 100% recomendable.

El centro se encuentra muy buen ubicado, y las instalaciones están perfectamente equipadas con material específico para cada alumno. Destaca por sus enseñanzas del yoga más tradicional en varios niveles de... leer mas dificultad, adaptado a las limitaciones físicas de cada individuo. Me encanta que el monitor está continuamente en formación, hecho que se constata en las clases. Ocasionalmente, se ofrecen clases teorico-prácticas para las personas que esten interesadas en conocer además el lado cultural de esta práctica. He tenido una grandísima suerte de conocer este estudio de yoga. Personalmente, me está ayudando a mejorar día a día no sólo a nivel físico, sino también a nivel emocional y mental. ¡100% recomendable!

Fui a probar una clase y salí encantada. El profesor siempre presente y muy cercano, me ayudó y me guió en todo momento. La clase está muy bien ambientada y... leer mas la luz y la música son perfectas para concentrarte. Volveré sin duda.

Desde que hablé con Christian me transmitió muy buen rollo, cercanía y serenidad. Llevo poquito haciendo yoga, y la verdad que en poquito tiempo siento que he tenido muy buena... leer mas evolución. Sin duda un gran profesor, sus señalamientos siempre con amabilidad hacen que quieras mejorar y a la vez disfrutar del yoga. Una experiencia sin duda muy satisfactoria y súper recomendable.

Very friendly people and Christian took the time to help beginners like me. The Ashtanga class is quite intense but there’s good support from the teacher.

Encantado con las clases en Aktivs Yoga. Ideal para aprender en un lugar cómodo, agradable y limpio. Cristian tiene un talento increíble en hacer fluir la práctica (tanto en español... leer mas como en inglés) e ir realizando correcciones cuando son necesarias. Lo recomiendo 100% ????????‍♂️.
