Nunca me había sentido tan enérgica y flexible. Un profesor magnífico y simpático.

Very friendly people and Christian took the time to help beginners like me. The Ashtanga class is quite intense but there’s good support from the teacher.

Llevo tres meses iendo muy contento, el lugar es siempre muy limpio, el aforo limitato a 6 personas, la atención de Cristian y Natalia y las prácticas excelentes. También he... leer mas podido ir a la clases al aire libres, muy recomendadas.

When I visited the web page and read Christian's description on yoga, I wanted to visit his studio. I live very far and got on the bus for 1.5h to... leer mas join his class ! It was really worth it and the experience was wonderful. The Shala is sparkling clean and has a cozy home like atmosphere with eveything you need for a yoga practice like high quality mats, spacious changing room, some refreshments, etc. Christian combined yin and ashtanga since it was a full moon day. It was a unique experience, extremely relaxing while doing the the primary series. I really like it and want to do more of it :D Christians also very friendly and funny. He has a loving atmosphere and clearly everyone really enjoys their time here. He keeps the class size small and this makes everyone have some individual attention and adjustments which is really nice. His classes are very well prepared in all sense and his kind and clean personality shines through different aspects of his classes and studio. Thank you Christian for this wonderful relaxing experience! Hope to see you again :)

Desde que hablé con Christian me transmitió muy buen rollo, cercanía y serenidad. Llevo poquito haciendo yoga, y la verdad que en poquito tiempo siento que he tenido muy buena... leer mas evolución. Sin duda un gran profesor, sus señalamientos siempre con amabilidad hacen que quieras mejorar y a la vez disfrutar del yoga. Una experiencia sin duda muy satisfactoria y súper recomendable.

Fui a probar una clase y salí encantada. El profesor siempre presente y muy cercano, me ayudó y me guió en todo momento. La clase está muy bien ambientada y... leer mas la luz y la música son perfectas para concentrarte. Volveré sin duda.

Son grandes maestros de Yoga, en su variedad de Ashtanga, y su formación ha sido directamente adquirida en la India. Su profunda dedicación y calidez humana hacen que la relación... leer mas entre maestro y alumno sea particular e inmejorable. Enseñan el yoga desde el corazón, desde la conciencia, sus clases te llenan de energía y te dan una incredible ligereza y armonía. Gracias a ellas, he cambiado mi visión del yoga, ayudándome a conectar con su filosofía, como nunca antes había hecho.
